Dave has been coming the Texas music scene for 15 years and, as an expert, he'll go a long way toward articulately defining this very special brand of music--and artist--Tom has been blathering about.

During our interview, Dave even rolled with the punches of my usual technical glitches. Classy.

We'll hear about how Dave became a music journalist, his picks for those wanting to get their first taste of this music, and his role as one of the chief journalists covering everything from local artists to household names.
